Responsibilities

Heather is responsible for all marketing and communications initiatives for the firm, including brand strategy and positioning, communications, portfolio events, and public relations. Heather also provides this role to Norwest Mezzanine Partners, the firm’s affiliated mezzanine fund.

Experience

Prior to joining NEP in 2004, Heather worked for Piper Jaffray & Co. for eight years as Vice President of Marketing in the Equities and Investment Banking division. Heather focused on media planning, public relations, strategic industry and competitive market research, Web initiatives, brand positioning, and specialized marketing projects tailored for the private equity community. Prior to Piper Jaffray, Heather worked in the Boston office of private equity firm TA Associates.
